Returns

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.

• Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.

• Products must be unused and in original condition with tags intact.

Refunds

• Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sarees once used, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

• Products purchased during clearance sales or special offers may not be returnable.
